Remember that a Special BARBECUE will take place in Screene’s Of Guilka. A Lot of fantastic items will be up for auction on the night, including a Galway Jersey signed by the All Ireland 2017 Winning Team. There is also a special raffle taking place at €2 per line. All funds are being raised to help fund the 3 Ladies Teams that are playing at the ILGU Finals at Malone Golf Club in BELFAST between 27th and 30th September.

Mountbellew Golf club is sad to report the the death of Joseph (Joe) Chamberlain. Joe who was Captain of our club in 1980, is survived by his wife Mary and sons Justin and Evan. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mary and her sons, extended family and many friends at this time. May Joe Rest In Peace.
