The club was sad to hear of the death of Mrs. Eileen Winston (nee Hughes) of Tuam, Co. Galway. We would like to offer our sincerest sympathies to the Winston and Hughes families and the many friends of Eileen. May She Rest In Peace.

The Holmpatrick Cup qualifier was held on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th March.
Winners: Padhraic Costello and Vinnie Kelly 49pts
2nd: Gabriel and Rory O’Connor had 47pts.

A special congratulations to Padhraic Costello who was involved in his first golf competition for over five months.

Next weekend 1st and 2nd of April, the Men’s club will hold our first Golfer of the Year 18 holes singles competition. This will be kindly sponsored by the Malthouse Restaurant. Thank you to the Bergin Family for their generosity.

The club is pleased to announce that starting on Monday 10th April and continuing for the two weeks of EASTER, a special 3 person scramble will be held in aid of GALWAY HOSPICE. All members are encouraged to participate in this event.

The Ladies Club will be a holding an 18 holes singles competition on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd of April. The sponsors will be Geraldine Coyne and Geraldine Kitt. Thank you to both ladies for their generosity.
